Partner Program Terms

1. Overview
The Dialed Forms Partner Program ("the Program") is a referral program operated by Dialed Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By joining the Program, you ("Partner", "you") agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals and businesses. Applications are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject or revoke participation at any time, with or without cause.
3. Referral Links
Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link. You may create additional tracking links for different platforms or campaigns. Referrals are attributed via a 30-day cookie — if a visitor clicks your link and subscribes within 30 days, the conversion is credited to you.
4. Commissions
Partners earn a 25% recurring commission on every subscription payment made by a referred customer, for up to 12 months from the date of their first payment. After 12 months, no further commissions are earned on that customer.
Commission rates and duration may vary by partner and are confirmed during onboarding. We reserve the right to adjust commission terms for new referrals with 30 days' written notice. Existing referrals retain their original terms.
Commissions are calculated on the net amount received by Dialed Technologies after payment processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks.
5. Referred Customer Discount
Customers who sign up through a partner referral link receive a 10% discount on their subscription for their first 12 months. This discount is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
6. Payouts
Payouts are processed monthly. Commissions become eligible for payout after a 30-day holding period from the date of the referred customer's payment (to account for refunds and chargebacks).
A minimum balance of $50 USD is required for payout. Balances below this threshold roll over to the next period. We support payout via PayPal and bank transfer.
You are responsible for any taxes owed on commission income in your jurisdiction.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Self-referrals (referring your own accounts or workspaces)
- Bidding on "Dialed Forms" or "Attio Forms" branded keywords in paid advertising
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of fraudulent attribution
- Misrepresenting the product, pricing, or your relationship with Dialed Technologies
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) containing your referral link
- Creating content that is misleading, defamatory, or violates applicable law
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate suspension from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
8. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Dialed Forms name, logo, and marketing materials provided through the Partner Resources page solely for the purpose of promoting Dialed Forms through the Program. You may not modify the logo or brand assets without prior written consent.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:
- Your referral links will be deactivated
- Commissions already earned and eligible for payout will be paid within 30 days
- Pending commissions within the holding period will be evaluated and paid if valid
- You must cease using all Dialed Forms brand assets
10. Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues, tracking failures, or customer refunds. Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the commissions actually paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active partners at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
