Team management

Invite your team to collaborate on forms within your workspace. Team members can build and manage forms without needing direct access to your Attio workspace.

Roles

There are three roles:

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Can manage billing, team, settings, and disconnect the workspace. One per workspace.
AdminCan manage team members, forms, and settings. Cannot manage billing or disconnect.
MemberCan create, edit, and manage forms. Cannot manage team or settings.

Inviting team members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Enter the team member's email address
  3. Select a role (Member or Admin)
  4. Click Send Invite

The invited user will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. Invitations expire after 7 days.

Managing members

From the Team tab you can:

  • View all current members and their roles
  • Remove a member from the workspace
  • View pending invitations with their expiry dates
  • Revoke pending invitations that haven't been accepted

How team login works

Team members who are not Attio workspace owners log in via email invite link. They do not need an Attio account — they access Forms directly through the invitation.

The workspace owner connects the Attio workspace via OAuth. All forms in the workspace use the owner's Attio connection for reading schema and writing submissions.
