Workspace preferences

Workspace preferences are settings that apply across every form in your workspace. Find them under Settings → Workspace → Workspace Preferences.

URL slug

Your workspace slug appears in every form link: /f/{slug}/form-name. Set a short, recognizable slug (for example your company name). The helper text notes: "Your workspace slug appears in all form URLs."

Changing the slug changes the URL of every published form, so update anywhere you've shared or embedded them. Each form also has its own custom form URL after the workspace slug.

Timezone

The Timezone setting determines how dynamic date variables are resolved. When a hidden field default uses {{current_date}} or {{current_timestamp}}, the value is calculated in this timezone. It's auto-detected on your first visit and can be changed anytime from the searchable list.

Partial submission resume links

Set how many days a "resume where you left off" link stays valid before it expires (1–365 days). This governs the resume links described in Partial submissions & save-and-resume.

Branding

The Branding toggle controls whether the "Powered by Dialed Forms" footer appears on your public forms. Hiding it requires Starter or above; on the Free plan the toggle is disabled with a note that it "requires Starter plan or above to hide branding." See also Themes, branding & custom CSS.
