Bulk field actions

When a form has many fields, editing them one at a time is slow. Bulk actions let you select several fields and change them all at once.

Selecting fields

1. In the Build tab, click Select to enter bulk-select mode.
2. Checkboxes appear on each field. Check the ones you want, or use Select all / Deselect all.

Available actions

With fields selected, a floating action bar offers:

• Set Overwrite: matched records have these fields overwritten with the new answer.
• Set Don't Overwrite: skip these fields if the matched record already has a value.
• Set Append: add to the existing value instead of replacing it.

These map to the same options described in Write modes, applied in bulk.

You can also Activate All or Deactivate All fields to quickly include or exclude a batch of fields from the form.
