Form Builder

Two-column field layout

By default every field takes a full-width row. You can pair two fields side by side (useful for things like First name / Last name or City / State) so the form feels more compact.

Creating a two-column row

  1. In the Build tab, drag a field toward an adjacent field.
  2. As you drag, left and right drop zones appear on the neighboring field.
  3. Drop the field onto the left or right zone. The two fields snap into a single two-column row and a "Two-column row" badge appears.

The builder tooltip summarizes it: "Drag to reorder or pair side-by-side. Drop left/right to create two-column layout."

Splitting a row back apart

Click Split into separate rows on a paired row to return both fields to their own full-width rows.

Behavior notes

  • On narrow screens, paired fields stack vertically so the form stays readable on mobile.
  • Two-column pairing is purely visual; it doesn't change how answers are written to Attio.
  • This feature is available on all plans.
