Option ordering
Control the order in which choices appear in a dropdown. By default options follow the order defined in Attio, but you can sort them alphabetically instead.
Setting the order
- Open a select, multi-select, or record-reference (dropdown) field in the field editor.
- Find the Option Order setting.
- Choose one:
- Attio order (default): matches the order in your Attio workspace. - Alphabetical (A→Z) - Alphabetical (Z→A)
Notes
- Ordering is applied when the form renders, so it always reflects the latest options synced from Attio.
- It combines with option filtering and gallery display mode.
- Available on all plans.
