Hide title on public form
Sometimes you don't want the form's title to show to respondents, for example when the form is embedded under a heading your website already provides, or when the surrounding page gives all the context needed.
Turning it off
- Open a form's Settings panel.
- Check Hide title on public form.
When checked, the title (and description) are omitted from the rendered public and embedded form. The form still keeps its title in your dashboard so you can find and manage it.
Notes
- Your logo, if set, still appears even when the title is hidden.
- This pairs well with embedding forms, where the host page usually supplies its own heading.
- Available on all plans.
