Form description
A form description appears beneath the title on the public form. Use it to set context, give instructions, or link out to a privacy policy or terms.
Adding a description
- Open a form's Settings panel.
- Type into the Description field.
The field supports lightweight Markdown, as the hint notes: "Supports bold, italic, and links."

Notes
- If you also enable Hide title on public form, the description is hidden along with the title.
